Auto Glass Raleigh is a website operated by Impex Auto Glass for its mobile auto glass service in Raleigh and the towns east of it. This page says what the site collects, why, and what happens to it.
The quote form
The quote form on this site is Impex Auto Glass’s own online quote form. It is run for Impex by the quoting software company Impex uses (Omega EDI) and is shown here inside a frame. What you type into it goes to Impex through that service, not through this website. Impex uses it to prepare your quote, contact you and arrange the work you ask for.
Phone calls
The phone number shown on this site forwards to Impex Auto Glass through a call tracking service. That service records that a call happened, the number it came from and the time.
Insurance details
If you ask Impex to handle a glass claim, Impex uses the details you give, such as your insurer, policy number and claim number, only to deal with your insurer about that claim.
What this site does not do
It does not sell what you send. It sets no advertising cookies and loads no advertising scripts. It does not pass anything you type in the quote form to an advertising or analytics company.
Your details
To see, correct or remove what you have sent, contact Impex Auto Glass through the contact page. Records Impex must keep for a finished job or an insurance claim may be kept for as long as that requires. This policy may change; the version on this page is the current one.
