The pages on this site explain auto glass work, North Carolina rules and how glass claims usually work. They are general information, not legal or insurance advice. Your own policy and your insurer decide what a claim pays, and a technician has to see the glass before saying whether it can be repaired.
Quotes and work
A quote is prepared by Impex Auto Glass for your vehicle and the damage you describe. Nothing on this site is an offer at a set price. The terms of any job are the ones Impex gives you when the work is booked.
Insurance
Impex works with all major insurance providers, but this site does not promise what any insurer will pay. North Carolina law (G.S. 58-3-180) lets you choose who repairs your vehicle.
Photographs
Some photographs on this site are stock pictures that show auto glass work in general. They are not pictures of Impex staff or of a particular job.
